Recently published research spanning 21 years has revealed crisis leadership to be the best predictor of overall leadership. Crisis leadership is a core skill in emergency serves but it is seldom taught. This presentation will cover the empirically derived skills of resilience-focused leadership and why they are applicable to everyone, not just leaders.
