I am You. You are Me. Red Star Cluster LLC Edgewood, Washington, United States
A First responder and Veterans struggle with PTSD and suicide as the result of a lifetime of traumas that details the 0-18 experience, what it looks like in the pit of despair and suicide, how you begin the journey out as well as Post Traumatic Growth, what it is, what it isn't. Or things that happened before you became a firefighter or Marine and how they informed your worldview and reactions. I also emphasize that regardless of how broken or beyond redemption we think we are, you are not alone, there is help available, and it is never too late to receive it.
