We are passionate about taking care of others, but how can we be confident that we are actually helping? Effective development of wellness services and training begins with the consumer. If we are to deliver training and services that will actually create positive change, listening to the voices of those we aim to help is vital. This presentation will share the story of the development of a multi-layered wellness program for United States law enforcement, with opportunities to exchange ideas and apply practical concepts across fields. A framework for engaging consumers will be explored, accompanied by tips and suggestions for maximizing impact.
