Wellbeing Programme is a protocol that allows peers to work within the limits of the peer role and maintain the healthy boundaries of a brief, specifically oriented support pathway when the crisis of a colleague has nothing to do with a critical event, but concerns the sphere of relationships, one's priorities, choices, and worn-out and chronic conflicts. Peers need a standardized and structured tool that can accompany them on a simple, short but effective path to help to navigate through crisis in cases when "nothing happened", but the person is drowning. The Wellbeing protocol was developed in 2019 in Italy, and since then MaydayItalia peers have been using it on a daily basis to help colleagues gain lucidity, clarity, self-awareness, and the characteristics of resilience (gratitude, self-control, proactivity, constructive attitude). Composed by homework and moments of shared reflection, it consists of three modules of work, and can be implemented from one to five meetings.
