Covid-19 strikes the whole world by surprise and no one can say he or she is not affected by the disease outbreak. Singapore has been battling COVID-19 since 23 Jan 2020 and we have to make numerous and constant adjustments to our daily lives. Mental health distress was more evident among the vulnerable groups such as persons with mental health needs, the elderly as well as those with limited social support This presentation will allow the audience to understand how Singapore manages the pandemic and bring the country forward to a new normal. I will also share tips on stress management as well as how to cope with pandemic fatigue including zoom fatigue.
