What is Hope? We know it, but we have little understanding of such a personal concept. Crisis intervention training addresses the need in providing hope to groups or individuals during their crisis, but there is little understanding of exactly what hope entails. We use the word "hope" extensively in crisis intervention yet have little discussion of the concepts and how to apply hope properly. This workshop will provide an understanding of what makes up hope and how to integrate these concepts in CISM. This workshop is designed for CISM interventionists who are beginner CISM personnel and those CISM personnel who are experts in the field.
