Director of Operations PNW Trauma Associates, Washington, United States
Part 1 of 2 Pre Action Staff Support. This Workshop is to help prepare your team for doing an intervention and to reduce likelihood of adverse reactions of team members. Preparing your CISM team before they do their interventions is essential to the continued participation on the team. It is important that we review the details of the event, the themes, and issues that are likely to come up. This helps our team members to evaluate any personal issues that may come up as a result of doing the intervention(s). Having a structured approach ensures that every team gets their needs addressed. (See G1 for part 2)
