Director of Education & Training International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. Ellicott City, Maryland, United States
The CMB is the most versatile group intervention in our toolbox. But just as all CISM interventions have some structure so that all members of the team are doing them in a similar manner, this seminar suggests a structure for the intervention to assure that they are most useful to the participants. The importance of a common approach to all CISM interventions is important to continued success of the team. Since the CMB is an approach that can be used in a wide variety of situations, it is important that team members use the same type of structure that we use in all other CISM interventions.
