Director of Operations PNW Trauma Associates, Washington, United States
Part 2 of back to back 60 minute Breakout Session: Taking care of the CISM team after they have completed their work is essential to the continued participation on the team. It is important that we review the quality of the work we have just done to continually improve our services, and to make sure that our team members are able to address any personal issues that may have come up as a result of doing the intervention(s). Lastly during a PASS, each team member states their personal plan of self-care to take care of themselves over the next 24 hours. Having a structured approach ensures that every team gets their needs addressed. (See F7 for Part 1)
