Jansen is currently Senior Principal Psychologist, Director, Police Psychological Services Department (PPSD) and Chief Psychologist, Singapore Police Force. He has had extensive experiences with crisis management activation and coordination. He is also appointed Associate Professor (Adjunct), Division of Psychology, College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University where he teaches psychology students.
