The Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) model is a recognized gold standard for providing services to first responders and other professional disciplines after critical incidents, yet many do not recognize its full potential. CISM is a mindset and reflects more than just a series of intervention services. This one-day program will illustrate the force multiplying capabilities and proactive reach of the process beyond just incident response and mitigation. It provides something for every discipline and skill level whether you are contemplating an organizational implementation of CISM, are a novice practitioner, or a seasoned team member looking to expand or solidify your program.
